U.S. Returns

15 day return on items unworn and undamaged. If item(s) are returned showing ware or damage, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Refund will be given as credit, replacement, or if designers are willing to fix.

Shipping cost for return are at the cost of the customer.

U.S. Shipping

Shipping thought the US, shipping estimates are 5 - 10 days.

Our goal is to get all orders shipped out Monday - Friday.

Fulfillment status on orders depend on the jewelry designer and jewelry item(s). These items are made to order by designers and may take longer than the anticipated time frame.

We are not liable for stolen, lost, or misdelivered packages.

All returned "invalid address" packages will be charged a $4 restocking fee.
Taxes

Taxes are calculated in the shopping cart and vary by state.

We use Stripe to processes credit card payments and accept most credit cards.

Gift Wrapping & Note

We offer gift wrapping and a note with handwritten calligraphy at an additional cost. Please contact us if this is something you are interested in.
International Shipping

Shipping via Fedex, shipping estimates 7 - 15 days (not guaranteed)

PLEASE NOTE - All International orders are subject to duties/customs taxes on delivery (DDU), customs fees are at the expense of the customer. The customer is responsible to know the customs policy unique to their country.

Late Arrival: Please follow the tracking number associated with your order sent in the shipping confirmation. If the package is pending please check with your local Customs Office as it may be held there. This is the responsibility of the customer and we are not liable if the package is sent back because of lack of communication with Customs.

Packages returned to us due to refusal to pay duties/customs taxes or lack of communication will be deducted for the amount of return shipping, any taxes imposed on return to the U.S and a $15 restocking fee.
International Returns

Returns are at the expense of the customer within 15 days of receiving item(s).

We are not liable for lost returns, please make sure to select a carrier that offers tracking.
